服务条款Terms of Service

本服务条款（“条款”）是你与 SignalFounder Labs（“我们”）之间就 SignalFounder 网站与 BackTex 应用（合称“本服务”）的使用达成的协议。These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SignalFounder Labs ("we", "us") governing your use of the SignalFounder website and the BackTex app (the "Service").

It provides analytics and information tools only. We are not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or money manager, and we do not execute any trades on your behalf.

行情与数据由第三方来源提供，可能存在延迟、中断、不完整或错误。我们不对数据的准确性或及时性作出保证。在做出任何交易决策前，请自行独立核实，并在需要时咨询持牌专业人士。Market data is provided by third-party sources and may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no guarantee as to its accuracy or timeliness. Independently verify before making any decision and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

4. 账户与可接受使用4. Accounts & acceptable use

你需达到所在司法辖区的法定年龄（一般为 18 岁）并具备订立合同的能力。你有责任提供准确信息、妥善保管登录凭据，并对账户下的活动负责；如发现未经授权的使用，请及时通知我们。You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (generally 18) and able to form a contract. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account; notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

你同意不：违反任何适用法律；逆向工程、干扰或以自动化手段过度请求本服务；抓取或未经授权访问数据；上传侵权、违法或恶意内容；或从事市场操纵。使用第三方数据/交易所时，你还需遵守其各自条款。You agree not to: break any applicable law; reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service (including automated requests); scrape or access data without authorization; upload infringing, unlawful, or malicious content; or engage in market manipulation. When using third-party data/exchanges, you must also comply with their terms.

5. 用户内容与订阅5. User content & subscriptions

你的内容：你保留对所创建内容（策略、回测、帖子等）的所有权。为运营本服务，你授予我们一项非独占、全球性、免版税的许可，以托管、存储、处理与展示这些内容。你对自己发布的内容负责。Your content: you retain ownership of what you create (strategies, backtests, posts, etc.). To operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content. You are responsible for what you post.

订阅与计费：本服务在验证阶段可能免费提供部分或全部功能。未来的付费计划将通过 Apple App Store 计费，并适用 Apple 的条款（包括自动续订与退款规则）。价格与权益可能变更，我们会作出合理告知。Subscriptions & billing: some or all features may be offered free during the validation period. Any future paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms (including auto-renewal and refund rules). Prices and entitlements may change with reasonable notice.

本服务及其软件、设计、商标与内容（你的用户内容除外）归我们或我们的许可方所有，受知识产权法保护。我们授予你有限的、可撤销的、非独占的使用许可。The Service and its software, design, trademarks, and content (other than your user content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law (or: the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — to confirm).

终止Termination

你可随时停止使用并在应用内删除账户。若你违反本条款或为保护本服务与其他用户，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。You may stop using the Service and delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and other users.

条款变更Changes to these Terms

我们可能更新本条款。重大变更将更新上方生效日期，必要时另行通知；变更后继续使用即视为接受。We may update these Terms. Material changes will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, be notified; continued use after changes means acceptance.

适用法律Governing law
